However, later on, I then realized that the only method for me to cure my nervousness problem would be to make myself extremely tired so that I would not have much energy left to prepare for the next round of illness to take place. 

What I did was to let my illness to have its full burst effect taking place, and when the next round of my illness started to begin again, I was able less affected by it and in fact, the total time period was reduced. I became to be firmer and over time, I finally managed to stop anxiety attacks completely. I became well again.
