For some serious examples, there are people who simply think or ponder about the standard scenarios or patterns, and their fearfulness problems will then start to occur.

We should find solutions to prevent panic attacks, or else we may be forced to escape from these problems but the sources of these problems still exist. In the end, these problems may cause us to become even worse off.
